Clinch River Fishing Report
We have had a very wet spring so far. The fishing has been great on the Clinch River when you can catch the generators off. The best chance to catch the water off is on the weekend right now.
Fly fishing on Saturday April the 2'nd was pretty successful. Wading around the Weir dam island, I was able to score about 18 fish, but most were pretty small. I caught all of the fish on a #20 black BH zebra midge. Here is a pic of a fish i caught from the banks waiting on the water to go down.

Fished it once before the chemical spill that killed off a bunch of 'em. had a great time and caught some nice ones. I believe we were using red-butt Kelsos or something like that.
